Waste of time, dont tell you how long the waits going to be then keep saying 5 more mins for two hours.
I used to have great experiences at this Xfinity store a few years ago, but the customer service has absolutely tanked. Nowadays, the staff doesn't actually help you resolve any issues; their only goal is to aggressively upsell you. They sold us a plan they explicitly claimed had unlimited data, only to charge us for going over the limit later. When we brought this up, they completely denied ever telling us it was unlimited. I bought two SIM cards along with an iPhone 17 Pro Max, a Samsung S26 Ultra, and two smartwatches from this location three months ago. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this branch. Had a smooth and pleasant visit to this Xfinity store. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Ankita! She went out of her way to make sure everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Excellent customer service!
The worst ever customer experience I had. I went today to ask about an upgrade to the router I have. There are 4 or 5 employees there and only one of them is dealing with a customer while the rest is moving around. After waiting for 45 minutes, I left without being serviced for the issue I came for.
