Your employee Prida assisted me, but after chatting with computer for an hour, she simply told me to call the customer service center and ended the matter. I had already tried both chat and phone support without success, which is why I came in person. Prida did not demonstrate sufficient expertise, nor did she show any willingness to resolve the issue.

Angie helped get me a new router in less then 5 min. Great work, this person deserves recognition for excellent customer service

The guy who checks people in seems to be the manager of the store, this guy does not make you feel welcome and he definitely suffer from some anger issue problems. This would definitely be a one star review if it’s not for Ben, Ben on the other hand is super nice and will help you with whatever you need.

Extremely poor experience due to process failure and unprofessional management. I had a scheduled 3:45 PM appointment at the Xfinity Store for assistance with my cell phone plan. I arrived early at 3:40 PM, but there was a long line just to check in. Due to this, I wasn’t checked in until 4:01 PM. I was told I would be the next customer once a representative became available. Worst service. They made us wait for an 1 hour and 30 minutes. People kept getting helped and they ignored us completely and we asked for service and they told us it would be our turn after 3 people and we continued waiting.
