These guys are really serious about their policies. I work in retail and I understand how important it is to be fair and how policy matters. Without boring you to death with my story just know that Xfinity is the "Nazi Germany" of Internet and mobile providers.
Store had many customers waiting to be seen and spoken with when I visited. However, employee Rita M. stood staring at screen and typing for nearly 45 minutes without helping any customer. When I asked manager Jeff S. why no waiting customer has been helped in the past 45 minutes, but he have an employee standing and staring at screen throughout that time, he became rude, aggressive and hostile. Suggest you visit a different store because assistant manager Jeff S. and Rita M. treat customers very poorly.
Delivering way less bandwidth than promised, ignore their sales pitch. Go with Verizon or even Google Fiber if possible.
