update...I'm still trying to HELP XFINITY. We are still receiving billing for another account, not at our address. How does a company run like this!? Oh, that's right, I think it's called a monopoly. XFINITY WANTS ME TO LEAVE VERIZON 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😂 I DO NOT THINK SO!!! Equipment delivery from Xfinity to my home. I ordered nothing. The package is not in my name. The most slow and worst internet service I have ever experienced. And the worst part is they scam you with phone. So you can’t leave there services whenever you want. I go my internet for 27$ last year and my phone and data for 65$ after few months they increase the WiFi from 27 to 68$ and phone service from 65 to 125$/ month. I try to ask them and they said the package that they give me was temporary discount which last only 4 months. I hate when they don’t give you full information. It an absolute scam.
