After we moved to a neighborhood that was out of the Comcast service area, I had been trying to return my equipment with no luck. The manager at another location told me it would be an hour wait (I was on my lunch break and had to leave). The Redmond store, on the other hand, was fantastic. The person who helped me let me know that they prioritized drop-offs, and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this store if you need to return equipment!

Great customer service
I went in to drop off the old gateway I had from upgrading, and the guy at the kiosk who greeted me and helped get the return processed demanded I give him a 10/10 review. It caught me off guard and so I asked him if he thought he deserved a 10 and he smugly said yes. Here's the thing, had he not said anything and was just pleasant about it, I probably would have, but because he made it weird I threw the receipt in the garbage and will not be doing any survey of any kind. The whole interaction was gross
