Went to Xfinity today and the representative at the front entrance completely messed up my account. I turned in my old equipment from my previous apartment complex and he mistakenly deactivated my current account from my new one apartment. Spent hours on help desk calls trying to fix his mistake. I explicitly wrote in the notes section of the appointment EXACTLY what I needed and he did the complete opposite.
This company shills all the work over to the Phillipines and India and they committed FRAUD by indiscreet charging me for equipment that I've already returned for over a year! Then they offer me a credit for $120 then after I said no I want $180 back they transfer me to supervisor she agreed to put the amount on my account then she said that it should reflect in 24hrs. Worst experience ever. I needed help in transferring lines from one account to another because on my account i could not access anything. The guy named Bilal and his manager had no clue how to do this. Never going to recommend comcast to anyone ever. Looks like Link expired. Can you share a new one.
I want to warn anyone dealing with Xfinity about a manager named Angie. My experience with her was deeply frustrating and completely unprofessional. Instead of de-escalating a difficult situation, she actively made it worse; by belittling me, speaking down to me, and refusing to help, despite having the power to do so.
