Very unhelpful - they could not get me out fast enough. I went in hoping they could help switch my phone from T-mobile to Xfinity, but they wrote the instructions on a sticky note and rushed me out. I wanted them to do it to ensure I did nothing wrong, considering this should be their area of expertise, but they had different plans.
Worst customer service ever. My internet bill went from $25 to $88 in three months and they say nobody can do anything about it. They would rather loose a loyal customer rather than solve a situation. An employee who was trying to “help” me was giggling and so unprofessional in general.
Helpless, I have Xfinity mobile number and I want the transfer out security pin, I tried from the app but the sms never received so I contacted the customer support and they tried everything from their end but nothing at all and they suggested that the faster way is to go to store and they check my ID and give the security pin, went to that branch and they told me that they have no access and can't generate the code for me, contacted the customer support again and they reconfirmed that this branch has everything and all acce... read more
Too much wait time even for just a pick up for new customer. They should start scheduling well based on the request. No point waiting 45 minutes for picking up a box back home.
Terrible customer service by Xfinity. Would not recommend
