Came in to change my Internet plan and Ben was amazing! Ben made it really seamless to change my internet plan and was super helpful. Best experience I’ve had as an Xfinity customer for the past 5+ years! I’ve been to the Northgate, Woodinville, Kirkland and Bellevue location, definitely sticking to this location!
Returned cable cards. The xfinity service rep went through the surprisingly complicated process quickly and was quite personable in the process
Front person who checked me in is not polite. He is very rude! Although he helped me. Still need to wait if issue will get resolved. Which I hope will!
