Avoid this store. Slow service, or none at all from most of the representatives, who instead took turns in the back room or spent time on their tablets. The guy who appeared to be more senior fiddled with the remote for 10 minutes to select a movie on the large TV they set up in the store. He was dismissive when I told him that instead he could help the next customer. He said he does not work with customers. That's when it dawned on me, he must be the DJ. I recently signed up for Xfinity Wi-Fi and went to this location to pick up my new router. I assumed I could just pick it up, but a representative told me I needed to line up and wait for assistance. That was fine. I only asked how long the wait might be because I had another appointment later. Ordered a new phone on 20ies of November , also told guys in the store it’s a present for my wife, so we don’t wanna got any delays, if need take more time but do it in time, they were ok and got the date delivery of 8th of December. Waited 1 month for phone and still don’t have it. Every week they lied about dates and today she gave me a wrong tracking address and finished call immediately when I wanted to ask why tracking number is not able to track.
