i went to this store today to pay my bill they were 2 black dominican males and one black female on front desk the minute i walk in you can hear using nasty language started making racial remarks about puerto ricans dont blame this people always complain about something i let it slide this time but if it happens againg i will explode and i wont be that polite why this trashn people doing in there i dont know this kind of sucks doing business with comcast next time i will close my account
An employee named “Timmy” was condescending, rude , impatient and dismissive of both myself and my husband as we attempted to complete a simple security change in our account. I would highly recommend further customer training for this employee.
When the bill for Comcast internet, cable and 4 cell phones went over $400 we decided enough. Especially when Comcast expected the consumer to pay more for Boston sports. So we switched to the internet with Verizon internet. Smooth change. Then Comcast added $50 per phone line because we no longer bundled. At no time did a Comcast employee attempt to keep our business. When we moved the cell phones to Verizon, Comcast locked out our 4 phones for 3 days before releasing the lines to Verizon.
