Awful. Staff that are meant to be trainers don't know the job themselves. Supervisor was a joke. Not to mention, I've worked at other agencies and have never seen the interior of the houses look as bad as they did at Comcare.

I worked her for less than a month. The drama here is absolutely horrible, there is staff working in this place that should not be.. for many reasons. The younger you are as staff the more you get picked on and your name dragged into things and lies spread about you, I 100% do not recommend working here if you cant Handle drama because this company is full of it.
