yall need to pick up your calls
Every time I call, the line stays busy for the first hour, and when I finally get through, the rides are all booked up. I can't get ANY errands done on time. It's a great service if it happens to be the afternoon and they just HAPPEN to have a slot. Used this service SEVERAL times and have encountered the SAME issue for 5 YEARS!!! I JUST got off the phone after a whole 30 minutes of trying to get through. Granted, they open at 7, but it's 7:28 right now and I haven't gotten ANYTHING except a busy signal. The 4 stars are for the driver who picked up my husband and myself on.6-6-24, I don't know what the office employee's job descriptions are BUT ,I was Very disappointed and frustrated... driver picked us up On Time...proceeded to take us to Dr.Appointment ON TIME, I called the office to confirm pick up/ return and time AND after a few minutes looking for me on Scheduled pick up and return ,(they spelled my name wrong and couldn't find me), I was told I WAS NOT ON PICK UP and RETURN ,only on PICK UP...But I could be put on a R... read more
