Always friendly dispatchers who answer the phone. Very helpful every time I've called
So many problems with the buses in this area. There is a lack of communication from CISD transportation. Buses not showing up at routed stops, then no explanation as to why they didn't show up. It's unreal. No wonder we don't trust them. Our published route from the middle school to our stop was over 2 HOURS!! AND....THEY HAD HER SCHEDULED TO TRANSFER BUSES AT THE HIGH SCHOOL!! OMG! My son just had to walk 20min in 103 degree weather because his bus driver let him off at the wrong stop. It is the second day of school and my son’s first time riding the bus home this school year. He knows what street to get off at and yet she was adamant and MADE him get off on the wrong stop without any knowledge of where we live. I am absolutely upset. Anything could have happened within those 20min of him walking home. There needs to be better procedures in place to protect our children. Unacceptable..
