The Canyon Lake office ALWAYS has the most friendliest staff. I've had the opportunity to go to other offices and they make you feel like a burden. Every time I have called or walked in the Canyon Lake offices they are always so friendly. Bulverde office it seems like the staff is not happy there. Thank you Canyon Lake staff you are AMAZING and ver patient.
We just moved to Texas and needed to register our vehicles. We walked in without an appointment and were helped by Jennifer McAfee. Mrs. McAfee was THE BEST!!!!! We filed out the registration forms all wrong, and she was so patient and helpful while we worked through the issues. Mrs. McAfee took the time to explain everything that was new to us with the Texas license and registration laws. Mrs. McAfee is a credit to your organization.
