Every time I come to this office they make me feel unwanted. I witnessed how an old man went in to ask about a handicapped signage, asking the staff what was needed. The staff rudely told this gentleman he didn't even have the right forms his wife had to be present to conduct the business. This gentleman informed her she was just released from the hospital if they could please tell him what was needed. She rudely told him again I already told you, you don't have the right forms. Sent my business tax notice to a wrong address, had my account info all messed up, did not respond when I did reach out to try to figure out what I owed or how to pay yet assessing me, a small business owner who already has it hard enough interest and penalty charges when they made error. Should be illegal
