The ladies at the Bulverde Comal Tax office are AWESOME. Always, friendly, professional, and patient. They go the extra mile every time I visit to pay a property bill or register a new vehicle. Thank you ladies for always delivering such awesome service!
Every time I come to this office they make me feel unwanted. I witnessed how an old man went in to ask about a handicapped signage, asking the staff what was needed. The staff rudely told this gentleman he didn't even have the right forms his wife had to be present to conduct the business. This gentleman informed her she was just released from the hospital if they could please tell him what was needed. She rudely told him again I already told you, you don't have the right forms.
