There was a gentlemen I spoke to over phone not very helpful considering I am not from Texas and its my very first time applying for a passport he seemed to rush me off the phone not friendly at all I went back and I had a lovely breath of fresh air assist me with all of my paperwork to get my passport Kristen H. I forgot to post this earlier but I have honestly NEVER had such a good experience at a tax office in my life. Like, they actually try to help you and they’re friendly! This is now the only tax office I’m ever going to. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’ve been here like 3 times and there was really only a wait once.
