There was a gentlemen I spoke to over phone not very helpful considering I am not from Texas and its my very first time applying for a passport he seemed to rush me off the phone not friendly at all

Everyone who helped us today was incredibly helpful. Amy helped us the most and provided fantastic guidance and client support. There is a banner across the back wall that says something like, "How will you choose kindness today." Amy and those who helped us today practiced it--along with exceptional service.
It’s nice to have an efficiently operated government office to visit with competent people. But the real big reason I’m writing a review is for those that work there and their friendly, positive, eager to help demeanor. I normally stress about handling matters with government offices due to the nature of those that have to work there and a tendency toward low patience, confusing bureaucracy and frustration.
