Phone service is nonexistent! My mother has been at Cascadia for about a month, and while she says the staff treats her well and the food is good, the phone system is beyond frustrating. - No Voicemail Option: The main line says ‘Do not leave a message here’—so if no one answers, you’re stuck redialing endlessly. - Unreliable Transfers: On the rare occasion someone picks up, they transfer me to a mobile phone. The staff at Cascadia are excellent! From resident care to physical therapy, they listen to your concerns and take action. They make you feel included and seen when discussing your care plan. All staff are respectful and truly care about you. Thank you, Cascadia, for treating people they way they should be treated. Think about coming here and volunteering. The residents here would love it. Everyone deserves to see a friendly face and a smile!
