Would not recommend due to their customer service. Email communication from the loan assistant, Esmeralda, was nothing short of arrogant, condescending, and unhelpful. I'm surprised this is allowed by such a well-known local FCU.
Won't help people with 700 score and a member for 15 yrs with a home that is paid for so I hope you don't like getting your money for a personal loan will be filing bankruptcy.
Horrible. Called them about a charge i had kept getting on a cancelled subscription. Was told there was nothing they could do. Asked about fraudulent charges and was told I could do that by "turning off my debit card". I asked what I was supposed to use then to pay for items and was told that when I needed to pay for stuff I could "turn it back on". What?!!!
