Horrible. Called them about a charge i had kept getting on a cancelled subscription. Was told there was nothing they could do. Asked about fraudulent charges and was told I could do that by "turning off my debit card". I asked what I was supposed to use then to pay for items and was told that when I needed to pay for stuff I could "turn it back on". What?!!!
Doesn't matter if they mess up it's you that's out the money for their mistakes most useless bank ever
I was on active duty for two weeks. Showed them my orders. They said that it didn’t fall under SCRA. And didn’t have to lower it. I told them all of the other banks did and showed paper work. Chase, usaa, capital one, Wells Fargo. Chase lower my auto loan and CC to a 4%. the rest of the banks lowered credit card rate to 6% The auto loan I had with 1st neb stayed at a 7.% I’m working on paying it off but not banking there once it’s closed. Not an easy credit union to work with. DO NOT do business with them especially a auto loan. They will do everything in there power to rip you off. This is not a credit union this is a business of crooks. Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews, now I regret it.
