Loan customer service is terrible! They do not care if the customer is waiting in the bank. 👎
Good bank for the most part. I just don't like the shady lending practices. I applied for an auto loan and was denied. But was approved through a dealership with the same bank. Just a much higher interest rate
Would not recommend due to their customer service. Email communication from the loan assistant, Esmeralda, was nothing short of arrogant, condescending, and unhelpful. I'm surprised this is allowed by such a well-known local FCU.
Won't help people with 700 score and a member for 15 yrs with a home that is paid for so I hope you don't like getting your money for a personal loan will be filing bankruptcy.
