Horrible experience- serioously buyer beware. We confirmed our wedding route 3 times in writing along with detailed pick up instructions. We not only did NOT get a trolley car, we got a driver who decided to turn the BUS around in the middle of the road and got stuck- front wheels off the ground. We pulled him out using our Jeep- and the rest of the trip was no better. Definitely would not recommend. Professionalism is poor at best. We contacted the owner, Mike, for a quote for transportation for our wedding. We also wanted to see the trolley buses before signing the contract. We picked a date that Mike said would work best for him. Only to waste about 45 minutes of our time waiting for no one to show up or answer our phone calls. It took him over two business days to get back to us about missing the appointment and his only provided reason was "getting pulled out of town." He had our cont... read more
