Called and wanted to pay property tax early. Told no. Told to wait for property tax bill that is sent out in August. It is now September and there is no notification on their website and bills have not been sent out. The emails listed on their website do not work. If this is an elected position....cleaning house is needed.
Came here around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday, expecting to avoid the crowd. Turns out they only had TWO windows open while the line was growing longer and longer. What makes it worse is that the two handicapped windows had absolutely NO customers, and the staff there were just sitting doing nothing while the regular line was completely bottlenecked. Wasted so much of my time due to their ridiculous morning staffing schedule and inefficient bureaucracy. Pure laziness and terrible public service. Absolutely pathetic!
Received a letter regarding taxes two days before deadline..Letter is vague and only has a phone number and of course you can’t get a person on the line.
