The system needs to be improved and needs more support to help the public get there tags and registration done. Needs to hirer more people to help get taxes payers in and out quicker!!
I started calling the office 8;30 A.M. on 8/15 25, and had to listen to a recording every 3 minutes for over 35 minutes to get a simple question answered. Still no one answered the phone. They do not even rate a one star rating.
June 24, 2025 I went to the property tax office regarding Homestead and Lee was so helpful. It was a smooth and quick process. Thank you Lee for your assistance.

I just spoke to a very nice and professional lady , Karina which gave me the info I needed about my property taxes, homestead exemption and DL. I told her after buying home here I was diagnosed with breast 🎀 and she told me to take care of ME FIRST.We need more compassionate people like her!
