12/18/25 : This is no fault to the Tax assessment staff, but to the security/ law guard officer at the entrance this morning. I was alone and opened the entrance door. I seen the guard officer and said "Hello" , He angrily shouted "GO THAT WAY!" and pointed. I was shocked and shaking when walked thru the scanner, while another security officer just looking at his phone, looks up smirks then back to his phone. The system needs to be improved and needs more support to help the public get there tags and registration done. Needs to hirer more people to help get taxes payers in and out quicker!!
I started calling the office 8;30 A.M. on 8/15 25, and had to listen to a recording every 3 minutes for over 35 minutes to get a simple question answered. Still no one answered the phone. They do not even rate a one star rating.
June 24, 2025 I went to the property tax office regarding Homestead and Lee was so helpful. It was a smooth and quick process. Thank you Lee for your assistance.
