Passion, combined with a love for books, authors and readers. You can hear it in Emily's voice when you talk to her. I didn't know where to turn to. At some point I found myself doubting if my manuscript would be even worth publishing. Perhaps I was just wasting my time. Emily Hitchcock took the time to talk to me and when she went the 'extra mile' for a writer she had never met or worked with, I knew that she is the one you can trust.

Emily and Clair provided excellent advice from the project's start to its completion. I'm very pleased with every aspect of the layout as well as the quality of the printing. Writing this memoir has been on my must-do list for decades. It gives me great satisfaction to know that our children, grandchildren and future generations will learn more about their ancestry in such a visually appealing book.

I'm thrilled I selected Columbus Publishing Lab to publish my book! This was my first book and I had no idea what I was doing. I had selected another publisher but when I was completed with line/developmental editing, I learned the publisher didn't allow Creative Commons or any prior published works to be part of their newly published works.
