No help at all , went to apply for abandoned title for a 14ft boat and saying I have to do everything online and they won’t do anything to help me , people in the probate office are lazy as it gets , won’t tell you anything to help you or a short and simple way, have had this boat on my property for 2 years and have no bill of sale or title the owner is dead and the boat belonged to my ex step dads grandfather and the step dad left it and hasn’t had anything to do with it . Went in this morning to renew a permit and was there less than 15 minutes. Online form completion before I arrived really sped things up! Kudos to Austin, the clerk, who was friendly, professional and efficient.

Went over there to process my passport application since I received a letter from the agency saying I had sent in the wrong form. The lady barely read through the letter I was told to bring when I turned in my application and also tried to get me to pay the application fee again. She also almost turned me away saying that I would have to take my passport to a passport acceptance facility (which they ARE). Got married today! People who worked here are so nice and helpful. It was an amazing experience. A few more signs to establish where the front entrance is.
