Went over there to process my passport application since I received a letter from the agency saying I had sent in the wrong form. The lady barely read through the letter I was told to bring when I turned in my application and also tried to get me to pay the application fee again. She also almost turned me away saying that I would have to take my passport to a passport acceptance facility (which they ARE). I was in town for my mom’s celebration of life only to be informed, by default, I was delegated as the executrix of the will. New to the probate process, I called the office and received surprisingly pleasant and thorough guidance from Michelle L to complete the GPCSF-5 form.
