Went in this morning to renew a permit and was there less than 15 minutes. Online form completion before I arrived really sped things up! Kudos to Austin, the clerk, who was friendly, professional and efficient.
Went over there to process my passport application since I received a letter from the agency saying I had sent in the wrong form. The lady barely read through the letter I was told to bring when I turned in my application and also tried to get me to pay the application fee again. She also almost turned me away saying that I would have to take my passport to a passport acceptance facility (which they ARE).
