Lauren Miller was excellent helping me with my knee mobility. I have been to a number of massage therapists but Lauren Miller has to be one of the best working on the problem areas. I highly recommend Lauren Miller!
Lauren went above and beyond for me in our sports massage session. Going in I was dealing with an injury and she not only helped with sports massage, but she gave me tips and sent a follow up with movements that might help! She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her craft. If you’re thinking about getting a sports massage… go to Lauren!
I worked with Lauren for nearly two years on various issues. She was kind, knowledgable and helpful for my pain and injuries. Her holistic and sports-focused approach meant that she treated my body as a whole, and helped me work through issues with little down time in my preferred sports! Highly recommend!
Lauren is so knowledgeable about the body. She has helped me train for an upcoming backpacking trip. She has given me exercises, routines and does body work also and I feel great.
Been to four other therapists for a hip flexor problem, and Lauren is the only one that got ANY results. Still improving and hope to be rid of this, and maybe some other stuff, too!
