Been to four other therapists for a hip flexor problem, and Lauren is the only one that got ANY results. Still improving and hope to be rid of this, and maybe some other stuff, too!
I saw Lauren for a massage, she was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I had increased range of motion after my visit and will be coming back!
Lauren was able to help me work through some leg pain I had been dealing with for several years, where other chiropractors and soft tissue therapists were not able to make any progress. She has a lot of knowledge and tools to work through difficult or complex pain/movement issues. Highly recommend to get you feeling your best!
Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and directly addressed my problem area plus gave me preventative movements to add into my routine. Highly recommend for PT needs!
Lauren is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me immensely with my recovery/injuries. She’s helped me prepare for an Ironman and now my jiu jitsu competitions. I’ve never been someone to remain consistent with this type of recovery work but because of how great Lauren is, it’s now part of my routine!
