I find great deals here every week. I wish I had found it sooner, I could’ve saved so much money. They have lots of brand new items. I have been finding all kinds of fitness and workout items, cute clothes, kitchen accessories, etc. Great customer service and the payment process is super easy. It is way smoother than any other auction site I’ve used.

Rude. Has no idea how to deal with customers. If you piss Amber off she threatens to to have your bidder number cancelled if you dare not let her just yell at you. She's rude.

Had an unforseen emergency keep me from a pick up. The women I spoke to was rude and refused any assistance . Told me I had to pay for the items and that I would not receive the items. Two of the items were very small and would have easily been carried or moved. She refused and told me basically to bad. Guess they get to keep my money and resale the items. It's a win for them and a sad way to do business. I'm extremely disappointed in this company.

I recently purchased a Nespresso machine, new in box, from Columbus Online Auctions and was very happy with my purchase. It was a shelf pull from a big box chain and still had the original price sticker- I saved over $100 off the original MSRP. The only issue- and probable reason for the shelf pull- was that the sample capsules were expired. They still tasted fine and the machine was 100% perfect and new in box. I emailed and called 3 times, left voicemail twice because I had several items I was wanting to auction. Over a month later - I never received a return email or phone call. If you are a business owner, at the very least you acknowledge your customer. Horrible.
