No stars should be mentioned. Columbus needs a complete do over with this judicial system. Horrible judges and law enforcement which didnt even look my evidence and kept changing court rooms. Have an unresolved fraud case. These people dont take their jobs seriously.
Wish I had gotten the young man's name today, but he was the nicest person I have spoken to on the phone in a month. Very helpful, went out of his way to find me the information I needed and very polite and patient while doing it. After reading some of the reviews online, I assume the clerk's office took to heart some of the criticisms they received and hired some much more professional people cause this guy was customer service perfection.

If I could give you guys zero stars I would. It is absolutely disgrace dealing with Columbus court system. I called the courts to get the price of my little citation so I can pay it online because they don’t put the price of the citation on the ticket which is stupid in its self. I called the courts and they give me a price, to easy I paid the ticket and get a confirmation saying I’m good.
