Literally the worst banking experience that I have ever had. We set-up a direct-debit for some of our bills, and after a year, Premier Bank decided they would no longer allow that from our account. Their online portal is garbage and has the worst user-interface that I have ever seen. if 0 stars were an option, I would've chosen that.
