Car accident on a wet road. Someone skidded into the side of me. My car was badly damaged. They got me a replacement vehicle before I got home and visited that evening to explain everything.
Slipped on spilled oil in a garage forecourt. Nobody had cleaned it or put anything down. Hurt my back and hip. They came round to mine to take my statement and photos. Garage tried to wriggle out but couldn't.
Fantastic service from Columbus Legal. Alan & Ian were both very helpful. Would definitely recommend using their services.
Offer really terrible service. I put in a claim 8 months ago to be told it would take 8 weeks max. However with no communication I am still waiting 8 months later. I email every day. Call everyday but not one reply. I would never recommend using Columbus Legal.
