NEVER take your car here. Got my car back with my carpet coming off because they didn't replace clips in the tesla. They put holes in my back seat. They duck and dodge calls as much as they can. They said they would help with diminshed value and loss of use, and they WILL NOT return any calls or emails. This place is absolutly horrible! If i could put 0 stars i would.
There was a missing bolt in the Vault
If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy body shop/mechanic, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! They talk with you (instead of at you) in order to make sure you understand the diagnostics, options, and plan. They are very reasonably priced and quick with repairs. Another huge perk is that they are LGBTQ+ friendly, so all are welcome and will receive quality care!
An absolutely amazing experience! Used their detailing services and the car looked, and smelled super clean inside and out. The staff were kind and personable and appreciated the fact that it was an LGBTQ owned and operated establishment…. Not common in this industry. Highly recommended.
LGBT , Woman owned and operated businesses. They took the time to explain everything to me at my level. Never once mansplained or talked over me. Fought the insurance to get new parts and not junk yard parts. Helped me pay my $1500 deductible and also got me pad $2100 for loss of use and $7200 for loss of value. I’m an Uber driver and that money went a long way. The best thing was they did a full detail , oil change, tire rotation, and protection for free when they returned my car.
