I needed to get some copies of legal documents and communicated via email , now normally when I do this I either never hear back or it’s many weeks (at other counties) later and the help I get is very slow and not the best, however my interaction here was truly incredible, I had a response email the next day or sooner from Mecheryl Bass, Deputy Clerk, she was the most helpful person I have ever had in government, she was incredibly helpful and extremely quick , she took great care to make sure I got everything I needed and q... read more
