06/03/2025 @ 1043am a clerk answered the phone and didn't want to give me her name. Being rude the whole time, while trying to figure out where to go for a form. Then when everything was done she hung up in my face, without asking is there anything else you need. Bad customer services. Just was trying to figure out how to find a form because I'm not computer savvy. Just trying to make sure I'm filing out the right form I need. Went to get a passport and everything online is wrong. The prices are different than what they say and no you cannot use a debit or credit card for an additional $2.50 fee. Check or money order only. Also the staff on the 6th floor were rude when informing my husband and I of this. An answered phone call would’ve saved me a trip.
