Nobody pick up the phone who’s is responsible for this place the black lady in the front desk need to be fired immediately she real nasty I’m trying to make sure my kids get in school she blocked the way while we have a lady call on the phone tell me to bring my daughter she need helps we just move here my daughter is a especial need whatever they doing need to go in the news because I’m not giving up because those people don’t need to work in a investment with kids

Route #413 is always late. The bus is scheduled to arrive at 8:32, but it often comes around 8:55, 9:00, or even 9:10. It has been very inconsistent for quite some time, which causes problems for students who arrive late to school. I hope the school transportation department can look into this and make improvements.

Rude literally no help. Hung up in the middle of me talking trying to get information for my child’s school. It would be nice if they were more understanding some of us are new parents that care about our children and want to take the right steps.
