Guys where changing out the water meters at my house. He was caught saying how if it was a "nice" neighborhood he would make sure the lid was on correctly and care more about the mud he was flinging everywhere. Including on my house. I have a door cam, so it was also caught there!
You people suck. A perfect example of government services.
