The staff are so nice but the app is the worst technology I have ever used. The credit card requires an entire other app. I get locked out of the app constantly and can't get back in until the branch opens. The debit card has never worked. I have never encountered so many barriers to accessing my money. I do not recommend banking here. I have two other bank accounts and have never experienced this many access issues.
Phenomenal service from everyone! Great communication and super friendly team. This is what banking should look like. Special shout out to Jackson.
