The front line people are without exception wonderful, but the management is below average. Two Saturdays in a row with a line out the door waiting for a teller. The official branch "manager" seems to stay shut in her office. From running a business I believe they need to circulate, act like they care, and be aware of operations. Columbia CU has been great since day 1! Super helpful when I go into any branch. The app is very easy to use. It's nice to deal with actual people as opposed to the automated options from larger banks. Definitely recommend CCU to anyone and everyone!
