Outstanding customer service!! I contacted Columbia Scuba to order 2 Suunto SK-8 compass retractors that are becoming very rare. They only had 1 but instead of brushing me off like most companies did, Lawrence and his staff actually took the time to help me find somewhere that showed 2 in stock. They probably provided this type of customer service everyday but this was first time I have done business with them. Thank you Lawrence and your staff for your outstanding customer service.
I have been out of the water since moving down to South Carolina for about three years. I reached out to a few dive shops looking for a skills refresher course before I jump back into it. Columbia Scuba was the only shop that immediately communicated back to me and lined up a training date. I was fortunate to retrain with Dive Master Donnie. Had a great experience while obtaining open water certification. Every staff member/ instructor we encountered were extremely patient, kind and helpful. This is a first class organization.
I Went to get my Open Water Certification and The Staff was great from start to finish from helping figure out the gear needed and The Instructor Jeremy was an awesome guy and very detailed on everything we needed to know and how to do skills. Also during one of our pool classes Another instructor was there Ralf and I had to get out because I had issues with a skill and he was also an awesome in helping me while Jeremy was finishing with rest of the group and after helping for I could catch back up and complete everything.
