Our mom was at another memory care facility on the south hill in Spokane for a while. But it just didn’t meet her needs. So we ended up taking her to Ciel of Spokane. This was the best decision we had ever made for our mom‘s care. For the 2 1/2 years that she was there before she passed the staff there absolutely cared for her, loved her, and she felt safe. Ciel of Spokane truly cares about their residents. Taylor and Kendra lead with their heart and prioritize the health and wellbeing of all the residents! I can not recommend this memory care enough, its the BEST in Spokane.
Ciel is an excellent environment for those suffering from advanced dementia. They have experienced and caring staff that are quick to report concerns or problems as well as ensure a safe environment for their residents. They seem to have fun activities regularly and lots of things for their residents to do.
Ciel of Spokane is one of my favorite facilities to work with as a hospice nurse. I have recommended Ciel many times. The staff are one of the most cohesive groups that I have ever worked with!
Working at Ciel has been a great experience, our residents are the center of our community and it is a privilege to assist them and their families every day. Our team members lead with their heart and I feel that is what makes Ciel such a special place. I am thankful for this community.
