Placed an order last week for a few Pokémon booster bundles. Canceled my order without a reason and said I requested for the order to be canceled. I reached out for an explanation and never received a response. Since I’ve received a response now. I never got an email or a call. With that, I have no problem retracting or changing my review if the products I ordered are completed. I cannot even find the product I ordered anymore. If you want to get a hold of me, I don’t mind calling or you can respond to my email inquiry.
Nice shop decent selection, strange non inviting vibe though
Bought a card for $50 off their eBay, package came empty with just a piece of cardboard with their info on it. Owner/seller denied everything and called me a liar and posted the card on their website for $200 more than I bought it from them for. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY ON EBAY OR IF ANYONE SEES A 2004 lebron James psa 9 jersey in their shop please report it!!
Significant markups on Pokémon, despite them claiming to recieve product straight from the distributor and not charging ANY markups. When I called out they were lying about these practices on FB, they got very defensive, eventually deleting my comments and blocking me. For example, the MSRP on a Prismatic tin is $9.99, yet their website claims $29.99. Worse than scalpers nowadays. Honestly every time I go in here, I get amazing customer service! I’ve been shopping here off and on for years, but recently just getting back into pokemon collecting. Their selection of pokemon cards is amazing, the prices are reasonable for the current market, and the employees are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be making this my go to for my pokemon needs!
