Was looking for cross country skis and some gifts but my wife had a tea in a to go cup with a lid. Then some lady pretty much yelled infront of everyone that she can't have a drink in the store. That's fine if that's your rules and I can respect that but yelling at us not very acceptable. She didn't need to raise her voice like that we are adults and can follow your rules if she asked Nicely and calmly then no problem but no need to yell

The staff at Columbia Cycle & Ski were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I called prior to our trip to inquire if it was possible to store our mtb’s at the shop while we rented e-mtb’s. They said yes and even offered to store them in a safe and secure upstairs room. It was reassuring knowing they understood wanting peace of mind when it comes to our bikes.
