Good luck getting a hold of a branch or customer service by phone on The weekend. Automated phone tree is a useless joke. No option to talk to live person.
Columbia Credit Union has been fantastic to work with over the years. Positive experiences time after time.
Horrible customer service! Waited over an hour for a customer service rep to answer some simple questions. High interest loans with bad service. I’ll be refinancing with a local credit union who I know has great customer service. CCU = Crappy Credit Union!
