Great customer service, staff were friendly and professional
Horrible service. Karen especially, very useless. ive been waiting 3 weeks for a card that was suppose to be here in 2 weeks , still not there. there is NOTHING. they can do to help me. Cant do anything advance, cant let me pickup a card same day, cant get me information for the card nothing. Unprofessional, unhelpful, didnt even say sorry to me ONCE when i was in tears on the phone because ive been waiting for this card to pay off bills that are effecting my credit the longer i have to wait. ive never been late on any payme... read more
This is not directed at this branch directly, I have only had experience with Columbia credit union over the phone. The online banking is extremely outdated, you attempt to make a payment on the due date and it defaults to the next day. The customer service is very lack luster and they use deceptive tactics in order to “sell” you their add-on products. Highly do not recommend working with this CU.
Good luck getting a hold of a branch or customer service by phone on The weekend. Automated phone tree is a useless joke. No option to talk to live person.
