This is by far the best Banking experience I have ever had. They make me feel like I am a very important person to them. Over time, we have done all of our financial & credit accounts with them. Besides our checking & savings, we gave our credit cards, auto loans, safety deposit box, & we are about to retire and we will transfer all of our 401k accounts to them for retirement planning. The Hazel Dell Columbia Credit Union is a great banking experience. The people there are always so friendly and helpful and CCU has much to offer by way of better interest rates and perks on accounts.
I have only had good experiences. My first interaction with them was for an auto loan. I was impressed the whole process was just a breeze and I got a great interest rate. I also love the interest on my checking account. They are always so helpful. I feel like they are in my side. I went there today for a cashier's check and in the course of conversation mentioned I was getting low on personal checks too. My teller immediately help me order new checks and printed me out some temporary ones to use in the meantime.
