I came in with information requested by agent to get HELP transferring the balance of my previous credit card to the NEW Columbia Credit Union credit card at 192 nd location and the manager INCREDIBLY said she would NOT HELP me! She didn't even try! "Have a nice day" she said. Who else, if not, a branch manager could make things work for a good account holder somehow? Why would CCU need a manager like this, unless its an organizational defect.
Long time member, people here care about being able to help you. I now live out of state but still do at least 70% of all my banking here because I know they will take care of me.
Their app is so broken and impossible to use. It’s extremely convoluted setting up your card or account and finding a way to pay it off. It shouldn’t be this hard, guys. There’s plenty of other banks that already have this figured out.
This is what banking is all about, community service with the professional care of the big boys but with a touch of class!
