Great Customer Service!
Very friendly and professional credit union. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with the Staff. Best credit union in Vancouver.
I came in with information requested by agent to get HELP transferring the balance of my previous credit card to the NEW Columbia Credit Union credit card at 192 nd location and the manager INCREDIBLY said she would NOT HELP me! She didn't even try! "Have a nice day" she said. Who else, if not, a branch manager could make things work for a good account holder somehow? Why would CCU need a manager like this, unless its an organizational defect.
Long time member, people here care about being able to help you. I now live out of state but still do at least 70% of all my banking here because I know they will take care of me.
