Tracy helped me this morning. There was no wait and she was a ray of sunshine. She was so kind and professional and explained everything in details that I could easily understand. We were in and out in about 15 minutes, including me calling my insurance to have them send an updated Binder. Tracy never lost patience with me. Thank you so much, Tracy, and have a wonderful day!
The women that work here always have nasty attitudes and have never provided quality customer service to benefit their repeat customers. I have gone to this office on numerous occasions and have now decided to use the other TWO vehicle tax offices in Columbia County. DON'T use this one unless you want to needlessly pay more money and be overly dissatisfied!
