I have visited this location several times a year for the past 6 years. I do this for the company I work for and always have 50+ tags annually as well as tags and titles for new purchases throughout the year. The staff are amazing, they always have everything I need and have even gone the extra mile to ensure all my vehicles are under one account. I just cannot say enough about how much I appreciate D.C. and her staff. Thank you all for your hard work and willingness to help.
The lack of knowledge for Military is absurd. Avoid this place. I have to call customer service everytime I step foot in there. Get it together!!!
The employees always have the worst attitudes & they behave as though doing their job is the bane of their existence. They are short and rude when answering questions. One woman in particular insulted my intelligence when I didn’t find the printed version of a form that the website stated was to be completed through an online portal (which was not working by the way). I hate having to come here to handle business. Customer service training is severely needed.
I’ve been to this location three times over the past few years, and it’s been a great experience every time. Compared to the California DMV, this place is a total game-changer. The staff is professional, and the office is always clean and well-organized. Every time I’ve come, there’s been little to no wait, with most or all windows open.
