Bought my house in October for $10k over asking price in a hot market. This board decides it’s worth $150k more than I paid for it less than a year later when the market crashes and I couldn’t even get what I paid for out of it. I return my appeal the week after I receive it—they come in person and assess my house. 2 months later I get a denial for my appeal claiming I was late in requesting an appeal??
