The people there are nice. I know them personally, they have everybody's best interest at heart. They are very professional. For any dispute, personal or private or rental? Any disputes that you can think of it can be handled at the dispute resolution center. And it's not as expensive as you would think. Check it out next time you can't figure something out with someone you're having a dispute with, even a family member. It could just save what you're trying to do.
