Wow, Shantel Ricks made the process of applying and ultimately closing on Home Equity Line of Credit very easy. Shantel and her team are true professionals. Shantel's exhibited incredible courtesy and professionalism. Her knowledge and rapid responses to all of my questions made me feel comfortable with Columbia Bank. Also, Columbia Bank does not charge for a home appraisal, a requirement when applying for a HELOC, while most other banks do.
