For context, I've been a Columbia Bank customer for 5 years. This morning I went into this bank to get change as I've done many times before and the female attendant treated me with a unwarranted level of suspicion. She asked far too many probing and personal questions that werent even necessary for the transaction. Especially since I had already confirmed that I was a customer of that bank.
In 1963 this was the Bernardsville Savings & Loan Assn. I was highered to be the CEO of a one million $ financial institution with only one additional employee. My age at the time was only 27. With 4 years experience in the mortgage lending area, with recommendations from a retired NJ Auditor.
