This is the worst bank ever they charge you unnecessary fees. The manager at this branch is, doesn’t know what she’s doing. She has an attitude, very disrespectful customers.
We had a really poor experience at this bank. The manager, wasted our time for a month and lied to us the entire time. All this, to open a bank account with all the correct paperwork in order. Really just poor business etiquette and customer service. In light of that, we would not suggest working with this bank.
Everyone here is nice and helpful. I am a loyal Columbia Bank customer. I only wish they had more branches in Monmouth county. 👍
