I love my bank, Columbia Banking has made me feel like family. Started out great and very attentive,had a closing period of first week of September then wouldn't return phone calls,never received my appraisal that I asked for 10 times.In Oct underwritter requested some answers,got him what he asked for and finally in Nov. Recieved an email sent from underwritter that he would not do loan.Which is fine but just the way the representative wouldn't call me or anything or no phone call to explain anything was very disheartening...hard to understand how it went from your pre approved with a ... read more
