My grandmother had Christina as a banker and she was not helpful towards her issue whatsoever. There was a condescending and diminishing attitude shown that was not helpful towards finding a solution at all. She is the main reason why my elderly grandmother has since left Columbia bank and gone elsewhere. I just received excellent customer service from an employee named Victor Gonzales. He went out of his way to give me all the info I needed about a transfer I was thinking of making. I was very impressed. That level of attentive customer service is unusual these days. He really made it feel that my business there was important.
This bank doesn't even cash their own checks. They're uppity and their customer service is terrible. Don't get a business account here. They will treat your customers like criminals. They will absolutely fee your account as much as possible as well.
Not thrilled...takes absolutely too long....linden nj so much better
