I would not give a review if I could. Never ever a welcoming place. Every time I come, I get looks of disgust. I always bring a lot of cash to deposit and I always get stares like I ruined their day. Don’t work for a bank if you don’t like counting money. Simple as that. Decided another go today for a simple change order, waste of time. Had to repeat myself 5 times and still got nowhere. My grandmother had Christina as a banker and she was not helpful towards her issue whatsoever. There was a condescending and diminishing attitude shown that was not helpful towards finding a solution at all. She is the main reason why my elderly grandmother has since left Columbia bank and gone elsewhere. If Cristina is employed at Columbia, and she is a representation of the bank’s values, then there should be a standard that is upheld in order to best assist clients in an orderly and respectful manner.
