My landlord returned my security deposit to me via his business checking account with this bank. They would not cash the check even though I have proper identification. They gave me back the check and said sorry. Didn't try to reach my landlord or anything. The bank manager Lidia also refused to cash my check. 0 for customer service. I will be sure to contact my landlord and inform him.
