As a place that claims to be "the small business bank of New Jersey" I went in to see if I can get 4 quarters for a dollar, so i can park and shop the stores that are their neighbors. I was asked are you a client of the bank, I said no. Their response, "No, If your not a client we can't help you." I't not like it was a $50 or $100 that I could potentially trick them out of money with a counterfeit bill. It was a dollar.
