Zero stars to Columbia Bank! This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. My account has been blocked for weeks, and I’ve been trying to resolve issues with this bank for months. Even after proving multiple times that the account is mine, they still won’t unlock it and won’t let me use my own money. It’s unacceptable that I can’t access my own money, which I urgently need. One of best bank I ever been always Nice service
Every part of my business banking experience at Columbia has been poor. The account comes with no app, no mobile deposit, and to transfer money I had to go to the bank and withdraw cash and physically bring it to my other bank. The only thing you get is a debit card and ATM access. To make matters worse, my debit card rarely worked at any stores and eventually I even had issues with my ATM access where I could not deposit checks or withdraw cash.
