Amazing amazing customer service!!! The staff is thorough and all very courteous. Ingrid always goes above & beyond to help her customers and make this branch awesome. She has trained her each member of the linden team to be just as kind. I visited a different branch in Middlesex County and they not nearly as pleasant as this team. Great work
You are 100 years behind other banks and I am not talking only about this location. First of all half of the online options you offer don’t even work or only work sometimes. Online check deposit it’s a joke and you have to go back number of times to correct an error doesn’t even exist. At the end you have to forget about easy deposit. It takes days for bill to be paid and money are not withdrawn right away but sit on the account for no reason, it’s a simple way to pay bills but not with Columbia.
