I went to two different branches One was friendly. But gave incorrect information on the phone. The other one was hostile. She said "Do you live in the USA after I gave her my US license." That made me laugh, and sad. I've decided not to use Columbia Bank after these experiences.

I bank at six different banks and this is by far, the best of the six. There has been a glitch or two over the years, but they were always resolved. Highly recommended.
Today I visited this bank for the first time to open checking and savings accounts for two of my children. The person who worked with me was professional, friendly, and efficient. She explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions fully. It was a great experience for my children, too.
