Literally, the worst in Pullman. Rude, can't even go in and get change for one's and 5's.if I could give zero stars I would. They make you feel like you are robbing them when you have a account, put your Monthly paychecks in said account and then try and get change. Its a joke. I still don't understand but will never try again. P1fCU in Walmart just right up the road is hands down the best customer relations I've had from a bank in Pullman. Open on Saturdays HIGHLY recommend them
My work banks through Columbia Bank. The tellers are so friendly. I enjoy doing my bank runs. Betty is absolutely wonderful.
I had a couple of fraudulent charges on my card. The staff was very friendly and professional. It only took about twenty minutes to file the dispute and to obtain a new card.
