This is the best bank ever. Fatu and Denise make you always feel comfortable when you enter the bank. I would never bank anywhere else. I have been here since 2001.
I've continually banked with global and regional banks and have yet to receive customer service that compares to the Columbia Bank (Middletown) branch. With any decision, there will be trade offs. However, this bank exceeds my expectations with every interaction with regards to competence, professionalism, transparency, flexibility, etc. I really appreciate all they do; from the tellers, to associates, to the managers. Great banking experience.
