Never had a problem untill I went to Texas and advised them I was there, couldn’t recall my password so my account was locked but didn’t know at the time. Had to go through a lot to get it re-opened, that was September of this year. Now I am in Yuma,Az for the Winter and I was again locked out (November )and still don’t know why. At least the people helping me get back into my account were helpful. Nerve racking: Never had this problem with Umpqua bank.
***updated 7 years later: I didn't think I'd stick around as a customer. Life was just busy and I never got around to closing this account after my 1 star review before. What a change though throughout the years. The staff is wonderful and so much has changed since the transition. Thanks Guy for always being such a friendly face and providing customers with great customer service!*** Tired of the ATM always being down and the constant maintenance for online banking. VERY inconvenient
10/10 Guy is the guy!
