This location has the most attentive staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. I prefer this location over any of the other branches.
it's a convenient bank. plenty of parking out back. I just wish the ATM was more reliable.
I haven't been inside this branch but the ATM has been very unreliable. The key pad was not operational today. Again. Update issue resolved.
Pompton Lakes branch is great!!!! I always dread going to do transactions in the bank (never know what kind of attitude you will get) but everyone here greets you with a smile and are HAPPY to help you! Michelle helped me close, tranfer, and open accounts so easily! Even took the time to do some calculations for me! So appreciated!!!
Every time I go in to do a transaction I am pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service here. In particular Franka and Remi have been outstanding.
