So I needed a secured credit card because I am going on a trip. Columbia sid they can help and offered me an application and I can cancel anytime. 2000 dollars are missing it's ok because they are holding it. I don't really need it because I got an actual one and I have funds. The problem I went to cancel it and they don't know where the money is a teller said us bank they don't know they gave me a number to Elon financial and they have no record of this. I have been banking with Columbia Bank for 25+ years. When I originally started banking with them it was under a different name. My personal experience from my orginal branch in Mcminnville, Oregon to now over last almost 5 years in Nampa or Caldwell, ID has been great too. The people have always been helpful. I have had other accounts with different banks during my time with Columbia Bank to see what's out there but haven't found anything better.
